ABOUT VIKKI:

-My clients are the foundation of my success. Absolute customer service is what turns "customers" into "CLIENTS FOR LIFE"! I have been dedicated to "Selling Southwest Michigan From The Heart" for the past 14 years and continue to base my business on client care and satisfaction. The other factor for success is the "Code of Ethics". Not only do I live by the Code of Ethics, but actively promote, encourage and educate my staff to do the same.

-I have been a Realtor since 1994 and in 2000 received my Broker's License and became co-owner of Coldwell Banker Advantage. This company's production has increased every year since and continues to grow in number of agents and production dollar. In December 2004 I became sole owner and continue to strive to make Coldwell Banker Advantage a company that the community can be proud of with not only top producing agents, but agents that are also ethical, educated and involved in SWMAR and our community.

COMMUNITY SERVICE:

-Served as a volunteer with the Make-A-Wish Foundation for over 12 years.

-Has participated and chaired numerous local and state fundraising committees as well as being directly involved in fulfilling wishes for more than 20 area children with life threatening illnesses.

-Seved as a Member of Lakeshore Rotary Club for 3 years

-A consistent sponsor for local youth sporting activities for past 12 years.

HOBBIES:

-A lifelong resident of the Southwest Michigan area, Vikki resides in the city of St. Joseph and has two grown children. Living within walking distance to Lake Michigan has just added to her love of boating. Vikki enjoys golf...just don't ask her about her handicap. On any given morning if you are downtown you may well see Vikki on her daily walk or practicing yoga on the bluff. One of Vikki;s great joys is to give back to the community.
